Linking Through SMS
you can use SMS based facility to link your aadhaar card with SBI account.
Linking Through SBI Net BankingTYPE UID <AADHAAR NUMBER> <ACCOUNT NUMBER> AND SEND TO 567676EXAMPLE: UID 555544443333 20117678838 AND SEND 567676
- Login to your Net banking account
- Click on the My Accounts tab.
- After that, select the Link your Aadhaar Number option
- Now select your account number and enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number.
- Now click submit button.
Linking Through ATM
- Swipe your SBI ATM card.
- After swiping the ATM card and enter the PIN
- select the 'Registration' option under 'Service'.
- Now select for Aadhaar Registration.
- After that select the account type (Savings/Current).
- After that enter your Aadhaar number.
- Press Confirm. You have Done!
- An SBI customer can visit any branch with a copy of Aadhaar number.
- At the branch,Submit a application for aadhaar Linking along with a photo copy of the Aadhaar letter.
- After the verification, the linking will be done by the branch.
